You need to stop thinking that 14, 15, 16 etc is a mature age. It is no where near a mature age.
tell that to parents.... in my county, you would have to act mature when you are 11 years old, and do chores when you are 3 years old so that you can be more responsible than other people and then spread the responsibility around so that others are more respectful towards one another.

actually, we would help pick corn and collect chicken eggs if we had a farm, it helps build responsibility and respect towards others, mabey some of the users of this site can learn from it. Infact, no one within the country thinks that and they actually think that we are doing the right thing and that others can learn from us....
and personally, i wish that i could go back in time, and live like all the other kids in all the other states just for a day
